In its simplest form, Blaugust is a blogging challenge “to post 31 times during the month of August”, typically once a day, however, doubling up (etc.) is allowed and provides the nice forgiving flexibility of catching up in case you miss a day.
Started in 2014, the challenge has been officially announced and organized every year since except 2017. However in 2020 there were two! The organizer first moved it up to April, renaming it “Blapril”, then held another in August 2020 with the usual name and routine.
